London (harder, better, faster, stronger)

Here is the producers comment:
"really wanted to make a video of London while I was there earlier this year but I didn't had any camcorder, so I took pictures instead. In fact I took more then 3000 pictures and put them all together in less then 2 minutes."

Mortal Kombat Vs Street Fighter

Well i admit that this one is special for me . I ve watched it lots of times.
All sounds and almost all combat moves were taken from games. Creator done a great work by combining slower SF animations with faster Mortal kombat animations as you can see in flash.Ryu does slower moves but i think he foresee scorpions moves ^^ Id say that scorpion should have won :P

Minilogue - Animals

Last class we saw an animation example about history of england. The one i have posted here is like it . Containing both real world and CGI elements.
Notice those characters have shadows and their water reflections.

Welcome

Welcome to the CD221 class blog. The purpose of this blog is to complement our class discussions, readings and screenings. Since there is such a wealth of animation examples on the web now is the time to start scouring the web and place links to the best (and the worst -- and why you think is the worst) animations on the web. The more stuff you dig up the richer our combined experience will be.
